We’re excited to announce that effective we have moved into brand new purpose built premises.

Our new premises house our spare parts warehouse, product support team & sales operations. From this hub we support our authorised national network of dealers, installers & service partners with everything they need to service our customers.

The office layout has been designed to make communication & team work easier between the members of our product support & sales teams as Pete and Andy demonstrate here.

We have increased the size of our spare parts warehouse & introduced racking & drawer systems for optimum efficiency. We carry fast moving stock for next day delivery and for all other items our European parts distribution centre operates at >85% availability on over 16,000 lines for 24-48hr despatch. Once the order is placed through our authorised service network, the FASSI UK team manage the process from start to finish.

Due to popular demand our special edition F400E has now entered continuous UK only production

Based on the F395A the crane comes packaged with a host of extras at no extra cost including carbon look covers, stability control FSC-SII, worklights, LED lights on the outriggers & the ‘motorway’ rotation locking system.

Huddersfield based general haulier SE Broscombe is the latest customer to take delivery of a F400E.2.24, supplied as a complete vehicle solution, ready to go to work, by FASSI authorised dealer Macs Truck Sales Ltd.

So if you missed out last year then now is the time to order your new F400E.

BRONZE for Smiths

Smiths Mechanical Services’ Daniel Christian earns his BRONZE accreditation through the FASSI Engineer Training Academy

Smiths Mechanical Services have been the FASSI authorised service partner for South Wales for over twenty years. They specialise in crane, truck & plant repairs from their Bridgend base & their heavy haulage division even operates FASSI cranes themselves.

In this time they have had some great engineers & we are pleased that Daniel Christian is continuing the tradition having achieved his BRONZE accreditation.

A BRONZE engineer is ‘fluent’ in FASSI having demonstrated mastery of the the core skills necessary for looking after FASSI cranes including: crane service & inspection; using the service laptop to view black box data & update firmware; functional understanding of the FX500, FX900, FSC & MOL systems; liaison with the FASSI UK service helpdesk team (as required) to diagnose & repair alarm codes; operator familiarisation training; an ALLMI operator license holder.
