Getting it right first time, every time

The FSC system is set up using the FassiLim program on the service laptop in conjunction with a systematic checklist ensuring we get it right first time, every time.

The limits of stability of the vehicle at all configurations of crane & outrigger extension are identified through practical testing & the operational parameters are learnt by the FassiLim program. This allows the system to proportionally optimise performance at every possible outrigger position, converting all the available truck stability into lifting capacity.

Prior to handover to the customer, all new FASSI cranes are systematically inspected to the PDI checklist ensuring completeness & consistency.
