Our telephone helpdesk offers a single point of contact for all FASSI assistance.
Every call is logged onto our SupportDesk computer system, assigned to an authorised service partner and managed through to successful conclusion by our knowledgeable team.
Out of hours (0730-2200 Mon-Sun / 0900-1800 bank holidays) we offer an emergency call back service to assist you to stow the crane away for transfer to an authorised service point.
