Through the FASSI training academy our field based product support engineer continually develops the skills of our authorised installers & service engineers.

A structured training & coaching academy leads to Bronze, Silver & Gold skills accreditation. Our academy is 10% training & 90% coaching to ensure the engineer can actually implement what they have been taught. To progress through the levels the engineer must demonstrate mastery of all the skills required to our coach, Ken West. It takes a lot of time but creates real expertise. Nothing great should ever come easy!

There are 69 engineers enrolled in the academy nationally, with 57 active graduates & 12 working towards their first accreditation. This includes 16 engineers who have achieved our highest GOLD accolade. In addition we have an elite group of 11 certified installers who ensure all our cranes are set up & handed over consistently right across the UK.

The FASSI training academy represents an investment in the independent crane installation, service & repair sector of which FASSI UK, through our authorised network, is the most vigorous supporter & promoter amongst the major manufacturers.
