Covid-19 emergency

The FASSI UK product support team will remain operational during the Covid-19 emergency to support our customers, operators, authorised dealers & service points.

Our team have laptops which connect to our server so they have full access to our systems & are able to work remotely as required. Throughout the emergency we will be minimum staffing our spare parts warehouse to keep things moving.

Our telephone help desk 01926 889779 offers a single point of contact for all assistance. Out of hours (0700-2300 Mon-Sun) we offer an emergency call back service to assist you to stow the crane away for transfer to a service point.

The Covid-19 emergency is an extraordinary but temporary challenge & we are ready.
