ALL FASSI CRANES COME WITH AN EXCLUSIVE TRIPLE WARRANTY FOR A LEVEL OF QUALITY TO BE FOUND NOWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD.

Fassi warrants its products free from defects of construction for a
period of 12 months for all components and for 36 months for structural components (base, column, booms).

The warranty period is reduced to 24 months for structural components for cranes utilised with hydraulic clamshell bucket, brick grab or similar implement (the use of the crane with scrap grapples and log grabs is not authorised).

Repairs are carried out quickly & efficiently by the Fassi authorised service point network and you’re covered for the parts and labour charges incurred.

Please note:
The expenses concerning the transfer of the unit to the authorised service point for the repair are on behalf of the purchaser (back to base).The crane must be maintained in line with the recommended service schedule as contained in the operators manual.
