PRO-LINK gives DP Services max flexibility

With features like Pro-Link the Fassi F425ACXP Evolution is Designed to Perform.

DP Services Machine Removals Ltd (www.machinery-removals.co.uk) was first established in 1983 and have over the years grown into one of the most, tried, trusted and respected machinery removal companies.

The company recently added a new Fassi F425ACXP.24 Evolution crane to the fleet complete with L324 flyjib.

With a capacity of 920Kg at over 20m of reach & a close in lift of 12t the crane has the flexibility to cope with a huge variety of assignments.

The crane, installation & body was supplied by Fassi Main Dealer Central Crane Technicians based in Chesterfield.

The crane joins the Fassi F600AXP already on the DP Services fleet.

On a recent job the benefits of the Fassi Pro-link system were put to the test.

The Fassi Pro-Link system facilitates crane operation in height restricted areas by allowing the secondary boom to rise 15 degrees beyond the horizontal.

This allows machinery movers to work in height restricted environments & to place the load in previously inaccessable locations like this one.

Fassi are the only manufacturer whose ProLink system operates without down rating the cranes capacity.

All Evolution cranes feature radio remote control as standard equipment. Fassi believe the great operator benefits of safety & ease of use make this a very logical step.

A full visual display on the radio remote chest pack allows the operator ‘at a glance’ visualisation of all the key information required to maximise crane lifting performance. This information is quickly & intuitively accessed by a revolutionary rotary selector.

All Evolution cranes feature the Fassi ADC (Automatic Dynamic Control) system which controls the crane speed relative to the load and eliminates undesirable load ‘bouncing’.

The F425ACXP.24 is a powerful continuous rotation model with no reduction in crane slewing torque up to an angle of 5 degrees.
