50 ENGINEERS trained in Evolution system

FASSI (UK) train 50 service engineers in the new Evolution control system during February 2008.

Fassi (UK) believe the best service back up comes from local providers who really understand their customers needs & can react quickly & efficiently when required.

Each of our approved service points is recognised as the premier service provider in their area & as such form a comprehensive national support network.

As part of Fassi (UK)'s committment to quality service back up we run a continuous programme of Service Engineer Technical Training.

The courses have been designed as a refresher for established Service Engineers or for Engineers new to the Fassi product range.

The programme consists of 1 day training courses built around the Fassi FX electronic load control system as fitted to all Fassi cranes from the F45A & above from 2001.

The latest course covers the new Evolution range of cranes introduced from early 2006.

The objective of the training is to equip each Service Engineer with the ability to identify & resolve any control system faults on the crane & get the operator working again with the minimum of downtime.

Many of these faults can be resolved over the phone without the Service Engineer needing to attend the crane - a major advantage over our competitors!

The courses combine both theory & practical excercises & every participant recieves a specially designed 'how to' guide & a certificate of training.

Each engineer also has the back up of the factory trained UK helpdesk team at their disposal once they return to the field.

With the Fassi (UK) service network you can be sure that your crane is in trained hands wherever you are in the country.

For details of your nearest approved service point or main dealer see the 'network' page on this website.
